Leader in pharmacy business operations, healthcare development and innovation. Recent accomplishments include; Director of Team member Training and Development for 11+ Central Fill facilities for Walgreens, Director of Pharmacy Global Development for Walgreens Boot Alliance, Retail/Chain Member for the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy. Appointed leader to design, coordinate and supervise the integration of global company initiatives. Leadership achievements include; the development and rollout of the Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS) for Walgreens, designed policy and procedure for the dispensing of Narcan in retail pharmacies, executed a new EMR system within the Walgreens Healthcare Clinics, created strategy to partner with national health systems, mentor, developed and implemented a pharmacy operations course at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and served as President of the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy for 2018.
