I lead the occupier arm of the flexible office team at CBRE and can advise on anything from serviced offices, managed solutions, turnkey plug & play to landlord delivered space. I sit within the traditional tenant rep team also, and can help introduce market leading agents to discuss more conventional leasing models if that is preferred. We can also advise on wider portfolio strategy to unearth cost saving opportunities through flexible real estate. As we emerge into a new way of working, we are seeing a number of trends from occupiers looking at right sizing & creating stronger cultures in the workplace to encourage the best talent back into the office. There is also a growing trend from landlords offering high quality, fitted space on a more flexible arrangement.
