Stanford Real Estate Partners focus purely on the real estate sector. We work with developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts, fund and asset managers, family offices, consultancies, investment banks and private equity firms. The team work across several functions, including Change Management, Finance, Investment, Commercial Management, Land Identification, Development and Construction Management. Within this role, I will be heading up the HR and Operations recruitment.
ABOUT MICHAEL GLOVER
I began my career in recruitment in 2020 and specialise in placing senior HR and Business Operations professionals into the Real Estate sector including mixed used developers, consultancies, funds and asset managers. Prior to recruitment, I worked in the entertainment sector in both the US and UK on a number of large-scale projects and now utilise these skills into the recruitment industry. At the heart of all recruitment processes are people, and I pride myself in building strong relationships with candidates and clients. When I’m not sat behind the recruitment desk, you’ll find me at either my local cinema, or with my head stuck in a book, or putting pen to paper trying to write the next best selling novel.(Watch this space…)
