Our farm was originally known as Southern Breeze Farm, but in the Fall of 2014 we were given the opportunity of taking over Double Star Farms. Our farm is located in southern Illinois. We primarily grow fruits and vegetables for farmer\'s markets, our CSA program, and restaurants in the St Louis area. Some of our specialty items include baby Patty Pan Squash, Italian Squash, Micro Greens, Spring & Fall Lettuce, Greens, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Heirloom tomatoes. We strive to grow and deliver a high quality product that makes every dish award-winning. I manage the day to day operations, making sure that everything flows smoothly. Planting and harvesting management, tracking the product in the field and making sure that orders are being filled. Always experimenting with new & interesting products!
