Head of Executive Search - Uk, Ireland & Continental Europe @CBRE

My role as Talent Acquisition Manager & Head of Executive Search - UK, Ireland & Continental Europe is to continuously innovate, transform and lead the recruitment strategy and execution across CBRE Advisory. Some of my roles key responsibilities include; • Attraction of Director, Senior Director and Executive Director level hires across CBRE Advisory. Key areas include Capital Markets, Leasing, Capital Advisors, Land & Development, Planning, Operational Real Estate, ESG, Valuation, Rating and Property Management. • Working closely with C Suite to ensure correct approach and strategy to senior level hires, including full longlist/shortlist through to offer and onboarding. • Line Management responsibilities over a high performing team. • Meeting stretch targets for diverse long/shortlists, inline with our 2025 DE & I goals. • Supporting identified, key growth areas of CBRE. These range from increasing market share of established markets to moving into emerging sectors. • Monthly reporting of key hires, roles and successes. • Pro bono consultation advice for clients senior hiring strategies. I am also heavily involved in several DE & I initiatives across CBRE including: • CBRE REACH task force, focusing on ethnicity & DE & I Network - Board Member • CBRE Family Network - Board Member • Next Generation recruitment – apprentice, graduates, interns, sandwich placements and work experience • Member of the CBRE Employee forum for 3 service lines, ensuring there is direct lines of communication between the UK Board and CBRE employees.
