I lead a high-performing team that includes 14 Service Operations Managers responsible to ensure capability and capacity to deliver service performance. Together, we execute the equipment service strategy through diligent performance management, alignment, and oversight, managing a substantial cost center of $300+ million and coordinating with over 620 service providers across the United States.
