Mike is a results-driven and passionate servant leader who provides strategic direction and oversight of Raley’s distribution center and logistics. As Vice President, Logistics, Mike serves on the Raley\'s Operating Company executive committee, develops, aligns and refines supply chain planning and execution processes with internal stakeholders to increase in-store availability of products. At the same time, he optimizes service level agreements and inventory levels and controls transportation and product handling costs across the supply chain. He joined the Raley’s team in 1981 as a courtesy clerk and has held many store-level leadership positions, including Store Team Leader.
