   Interpret financial statements, assess cash flows and liquidity, analyze industry trends and monitor market plus default risk to make credit rating decisions plus exposure recommendations to underwriters and management on a portfolio of companies. Make adjustments to ratings based on earnings releases, macro trends, cash infusions or other added liquidity, bankruptcy, M&A, company news, etc. • Monitor a portfolio of selected sensitive/distressed companies and conducted presentations of quarterly rating decisions on them to underwriters. Advised on action plans to be taken on the exposure of the distressed portfolio and coordinated a risk management strategy on them. • Conduct interviews of company executives to acquire more information on company creditworthiness, corporate structure and business strategy.
