Up until then I worked in all facets of mortgage title. In this field I was able to witness the borrowers struggles during the loan process. I dealt first hand with all the borrowers confusion and frustrations over their loan and the bank they were working with. I identified the one thing most borrowers didn’t have, great, attentive, customer service and the knowledge to confidently understand all the loan programs, loan processes and documentation. This is where I decided to hang my hat, I believe that giving the borrower great customer service and educating them on all aspects of their loan is a game changer for them. This way they can confidently and comfortably bank with us for years to come.
