About Michael Frohm
Goodwill leaders have a lot on their plate. My goal is to help them run their organizations more effectively so that they can help more people. I use my extensive experience, both in Goodwill and the private sector, to bring proven practices to bear in: 1) Ensuring member organizations understand and have access to all of the resources of Goodwill Industries International. Whether it is DGR, Mission, Contracts, Marketing, Training, or Development, GII has plans and programs to help improve performance. 2) Assisting with Strategic and Operational Planning, Budgeting and Financial Strategy, Organizational and Personnel Development, Resource Management, and Infrastructure (IT, Real Estate, etc.). 3) Communicating the needs and desires of member Goodwills back to GII to ensure that we deliver the kinds of services that will make a difference at your Goodwill. 4) Connecting Goodwill members to share best practices.
