My role is making sure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time. This includes looking at current project timelines, understanding future projects and utilizing internal and external sources to make sure delays are not encountered. We utilize various workforce planning tools to proactively anticipate future workforce needs. In doing so, we are able to provide value internally and externally on all projects ranging in scope from multiple months to multiple years. I work on international projects that have values in the hundreds of millions of dollars and include multiple internal and third party resources.
