I currently manage a portfolio of personal motor and household schemes across a number of different insurance brokers and networks. The type of schemes I manage range from non standard motor, collectors/cherished cars, high performance vehicles, unoccupied properties, thatch properties, landlords and tenants contents. I\'m accountable for the growth, profitability, compliance and governance of each scheme. Ensuring each scheme is working within their delegated authority limits.I conduct performance reviews to ensure each of my schemes are performing and compliant. I also conduct product reviews to ensure they are delivering good customers outcomes.
