Michael is a father of two daughters, a husband and the Sr VP of Engineering & Design for McKinstry (a design, manufacture, build, operate, maintain, renew firm), with its headquarters in Seattle, WA, where he and his family call home. He is passionate about designing for performance. However, what really gets him out of bed in the morning is trying to bring the best out of all the folks on his team by not only being amazing engineers, but being active participants in the communities where we live and work. When he’s not doing that or chauffeuring his daughters, he enjoys running, fly fishing, and sometimes together.
