My role blends technical leadership, client consulting, and hands-on implementation.I work directly with owners and teams to identify where AI can actually make an impact, then design and deploy real solutions — from API integrations and workflow automations to staff training and utilization dashboards.Beyond strategy, I stay involved in the build: connecting data systems, developing automations, and ensuring each client’s team is confident using AI in daily operations.I also lead NetRVA’s long-term direction — focusing on sustainable, ethical, and measurable AI adoption for local businesses. Whether that means drafting AI policies, measuring ROI, or conducting workshops, my goal is to make AI accessible, useful, and safe for the companies that keep Virginia running.
