ABOUT MICHAEL FOHRING
Along with my partner Aránzazu González Bernardo, I am a co-founder of Odami, a Toronto-based design studio offering architectural and interior design services. Our practice is focused on contextual design rooted in materiality, craft, and a playful rethinking of typology.Stemming from my M.Arch thesis completed at McGill University, I am also particularly interested in fabric formwork and its practical and aesthetic possibilities.Beyond practice, I am also a regular Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture, where I’ve taught design studios and website design courses.
