   Mr. Flaugher has over 30 years of project and program management experience with emphasis on geology, hydrogeology, environmental consulting, and construction stormwater compliance projects for industrial, commercial, and federal clients. He has managed and delivered major environmental projects for key accounts for the Southern California Environmental, Industry, and Infrastructure teams. He has a solid reputation for understanding and meeting clients’ needs and expectations. He has a broad background in soil, soil vapor, and groundwater environmental assessments and extensive experience in hazardous material investigations, sampling and management; stormwater management and training; and facility auditing. His direct experience includes directing both small and large project teams, coordinating multiple consultants and subcontractors, managing and tracking budgets, estimating annual client reserves, conducting vadose and saturated zones studies, and remedial action management. He has been responsible for quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) for field investigations throughout his career and routinely conducts senior-level report review for all types of projects. He routinely interacts with project technical teams to promote responsiveness and deliver high quality deliverables to the client.
