Lead design reviews with engineers to release a fully functional product\\\\n• Derive EDS Tracker Matrix for harness partitioning and device connections from vehicle product plan\\\\n• Lead Rivian best practices for wire harness DRE Checklists\\\\n• Full Capital XC harnesses development with systems synchronization\\\\n• Establish a working relationship with Tier1/Tier2 suppliers to support pre-sourcing, requesting relative harness sub-components, supporting 2D/3D librarians for information gathering\\\\n• Create device, inline, and specialty cable topologies for system engineering support from a packaging perspective\\\\n• Lead development of provisional harness sub-components such as, grommets, channels, unique connectors, holding weekly design reviews with suppliers\\\\n• Support Rivian Vehicle Assembly and Tier1 builds, including on-site support for rapid design and rework for prototype/pre-production mule, electrical/mechanical static buck(s), and verification phases\\\\n• Rivian process development stakeholder\\\\n• Lead Mule builds in with both harnessing and reworks to assure successful builds\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
