Co-managed two event series for the MA Exec Office of Admin & Finance (A&F) including event planning, logistics, outreach, and programming, data collection and analysis, and report drafting. The first series was co-commissioned by Lt Gov Kim Driscoll; our findings directly informed the Municipal Empowerment Act filed by the Administration. Conducted focus groups, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder interviews, drafted reports, and made best-practice and policy recommendations for client municipalities’ Town-wide Communications Plans. Launched the City of Somerville’s guaranteed income pilot program. Built timelines and coordinated across teams of the Collins Center (project implementation), UMB researchers, city housing and school agencies (participant contact), and Somerville ARPA office (primary client). Drafted communications and policies. Designed registration and onboarding processes for participants. Interviewed client employees across various departments and at all levels, performed job ratings, and drafted job descriptions for Classification & Compensation projects.
