I have made my career in the IT field for the past 20yrs, more than 15yrs of that has been managing the delivery of complex technical solutions. At Sparksoft I am a driving member of the leadership team, and am responsible for a number of programs under our business portfolio. In my role, I define strategy, business and technical plans, lead development and implementation of end-to-end solutions, and manage delivery processes and financial status of programs under my preview. Throughout my management career I have taken the lead in the delivery of multiple key Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) initiatives, such as the Health Insurance Marketplace. This includes the Marketplace Advisor Systems Integrator (MASI) contract, Data Services Hub (DSH), Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Testing, and other CMS Healthcare.gov contracts. I notably exercised my commitment to building high performing cross-functional teams as the Program Manager for the implementation of the Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) program, where I managed about 500 resources in support of this complex rollout. As a result of my success in managing large government programs I’ve had the honor of receiving multiple government and industry awards. This is the drive and experience I bring to Sparksoft, and it is my vision to build a strong provider of consistently excellent Health IT services.
