Experience with asset development, well planning, reserves forecasting, SEC bookings, base operations, drilling, vertical and horizontal exploration both conventional and unconventional resource plays. Industry change due to COVID downsizing.

   Property Tax Consultant that specializes in property tax valuation appeals across Texas. Working throughout all stages of the property tax process, from budgets to litigation- Appeals Process: Data collection of the property. Building the appeals case by generating valuations using the 4 approaches to value in Texas (Cost, Income, Sales, Equity). I work to continually develop strategies to effectively advocate the lowest property tax valuation possible- Arbitration Process: After the appeals process, when applicable, I continue to progress cases throughout the arbitration process. I work with the administration team to manage all aspects of the arbitration, including compliance, case preparation and presentation- Litigation Process: In cases that require Litigation post the appeals process, I assist in data collection and case preparation with our leagal team prior to trial- Tax Bill Collection: Collect and reconcile tax bills for clients to reduce bill payment struggles. Consolidation by assessor and districts allows for single bills and reduces client burden.
