More than 20 years of experience in Software Development and more than 15 years experience in startup building, scaling and leadership. I usually started as one of the first engineers and built up tech and team in different industries like AdTech, AI, FinTech or Travel & Tourism.I always enjoyed the combination of hands on development, team leadership and strategic management of the companies.An agile mindset is important to me, to be able to handle the always-changing requirements of markets, and especially startups.I believe in independent and self organizing teams, smart designed code and a working atmosphere that allows people to speak up and contribute.
