Assigning responsibilities. Identifying the resources’ requirement Managing all aspects of the project business plan and budget. Leading the operational, financial and technological aspects of projects based on timelines and work plans. Using the most madern planning techniques the construction industry has today to build those plans and models. Coordinating directly and indirectly with project staff to ensure that the project is being built safely and that there will be a successful completion of the project Directing, Mentoring, Supervising, supporting and coordinating the project team members/staff. Tracking project deliveries using project management tools and Vendor tracking programs. Managing the design of the project documents to monitor project performance and data stored. Resolving, tracking and escalating critical issues to minimize project risk factors.Preparing the QA/QC documents for he project. Communicating openly and honestly with clients, sub-contractors and vendors to establish cordial/effective/High trust/honest working relationship.
