About Michael Fenton
I have worked in the Video Game Industry since 2007, as a tester, senior tester, QA lead, QA Supervisor, QA Manager and Sr. QA Manager. I have worked at four different companies and each one holds a very special place in my heart. I am also a musician and have been involved in various projects throughout the years including several bands, school ensembles, contract writing for animations and websites and teaching. Specialties: QA/certification testing for console, PC, digital download and mobile video games, assisting in game design, completing game milestone check sheets, working on process and reporting, providing estimates and risks to stakeholders, overseeing daily deployments to live environments, leading a small group of testers, leading and managing large groups of testers across multiple sites, writing and performing test plans, leading scrum and multiple meeting types, building qa teams, interviewing candidates both in person and over the phone and helping to grow team members in their careers.
