United States Army Corps of Engineers Veteran who has earned a Masters Degree in Project Management coupled with over 20 yrs experience in Manufacturing & Supply Chain. A Professional with extensive experience in both high & low volume, high & low mix & engineered / built to order manufacturing environments. Heavily involved in the SIOP Process, OSHA & GMP standards. This includes (but not limited to) Automotive, Industrial Automation & Food / Beverage. Professional experience has led to a in-depth knowledge of various areas of manufacturing management. This includes: Operations, 5S Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Process Improvements, SMED & facilitation of Kaizen Events. Trained in Hoshin Kanri. Leadership priorities - Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC), tied together with treating all employees with dignity and respect. Previous experience has led to an in-depth knowledge of Planning/Scheduling, Inventory Control, Routings & Bills of Material.
