I believe the most meaningful work happens at the intersection of purpose, performance, and people.By day, I serve as a Division Vice President for Kindred Hospitals, where I lead business development strategy across multiple states, helping hospitals solve one of healthcare’s biggest challenges: ensuring medically complex patients get to the right level of care at the right time. My work focuses on improving patient outcomes, reducing system bottlenecks, and building high-performing teams that drive measurable growth.But my mission extends far beyond hospital walls.I’m also an entrepreneur, speaker, and author focused on helping individuals and organizations break free from distraction, unlock their potential, and achieve meaningful growth.
