1. Contract Team Lead Senior Contract Analyst

   In this role, I manage a team of 8 Contract Analysts, ensuring both their professional and their personal growth. I regularly conduct data analysis to identify gaps in team performance and process efficiency, and rely on a collaborative leadership style to arrive at the best utilization of resources and support for my direct reports. On a client level, I manage each project end-to-end, providing project post-completion quality control, and building solid partnerships with our clients, serving as main point of escalation for issue resolution. In this role, I have managed conflicts, negotiated client SLAs and ensured optimal client support for a portfolio of 30 Clients. My proudest achievements in this period include: • Ensuring my team consistently reached the weekly production KPI of 23 contracts by dedicatedly coaching and motivating them. • Being recognized for my commitment to delivering consistent quality by being selected to be part of the Southwestern Implementation Team, overseeing a wide variety of contract implementation project. • Successfully managing the end-to-end creation, testing, and evaluation of Medicare and Tricare deliverables files.
