Establishes effective mechanisms for monitoring geopolitical and physical risks relevant to executive team operations and the overall company footprint-Systems and Technology: Key stakeholder in facility site selection, providing risk based assessment reviews and physical security technology solutions that are fiscally responsible. Establishes priorities, budget, resource needs, leads change management initiatives, develops global policies and procedures and provides innovative solutions that scale while balancing risk and cost elements-Environmental Health and Safety (EHS): Leads all aspects of employee and workplace health and safety policies, and training. Provides strategy and oversight to ensure the EHS program has mechanisms to continuously monitor engagement, gather feedback, and adapt strategies to the business needs.
