Initially hired as a Logistics Analyst to assist the Load Planning team, I began planning outbound consolidations from our Illinois facility in June 2022. This includes coordinating pickup dates, delivery appointments, and truck space to maximize our freight margins. I was also relied on to document standard operating procedures and other process documentation especially related to my aptitude to learning the Mercury Gate system in a short time. Currently I manage over 100 outbounds and over 150 appointments per week.
