I also act for Liquidators and Administrators of insolvent companies. I have worked on large scale, high value, multi-party disputes, where working in the context of various parties’ requirements needs to be overcome in order to achieve a resolution. I have assisted clients in obtaining emergency injunctive relief. I also advise on disputes involving foreign legal and jurisdictional issues.
