ABOUT MICHAEL ELSCHENBROICH

One of my greatest life-learnings stems from the movie ‘Monsters, Inc.’: Happiness, and laughter generate more energy than fear and pressure. This profoundly shapes my leadership style: I believe that employees and companies both win when a positive, forward-looking culture is embraced. This doesn’t mean that we at stylink slack off, drinking coffee at our café and hanging out on our rooftop all day – quite the opposite, actually! We empower our team to master every day by being self-led by one’s own self-initiative and ownership for one’s own actions and work. To keep up with the pace we work at, it is crucial that every single team member thinks out of the box and constantly challenges the status quo. Hence, ‘We’ll do this because we have always done it like that!’ is a saying that you will not hear at stylink – ever!
