As a Risk Manager in PNC’s Technology Risk Management organization, I ensure that compensating controls effectively mitigate resiliency and security risks within the financial sector. My responsibilities include risk and control self-assessments, performance metrics (KPIs, KRIs), risk plans, compliance, issues management/remediation and governance. The scope of this risk management program includes Resiliency, Information Security, Cyber Security, Physical Security and Fraud. My experience is also especially strong in Leadership, Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Process Control Engineering and Automation, Business Relationship Management, Information Technology and Portfolio/Program/Project Management.
