At Kenvue, I established and scaled the Global Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Program for 26 manufacturing sites worldwide, following the spinoff from Johnson & Johnson. I am currently applying Cyber Security Index Assessments and Cyber Risk Quantification models to manufacturing operations, achieving more than $32MM in risk reduction through $3MM of targeted investments. I lead compliance efforts across IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, and NERC CIP, while advising executive leadership on threats, investment priorities, and business alignment. In addition to leading program design, I recruited and developed a specialized OT Cybersecurity team and manage a $5MM annual budget for cybersecurity initiatives.
