Attorney Advertising: I am a Partner at Cohen Milstein and take a leading role in prosecuting antitrust and securities cases relating to the protection of the financial markets for the firm and currently represent investors in the Stock Lending, Interest Rate Swaps, Bristol CVR, KOSPI 200, XIV, Overstock.com, and Treasuries markets among others. I also help businesses in commercial contingency matters, serve as the Administrative Partner for Cohen Milstein’s New York office, and chair the firm’s new business development committee. Before joining Cohen Milstein, I worked at an AmLaw100 firm and clerked for the Honorable Barrington D. Parker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. My focus has always been making sure the less powerful are well represented.
