ABOUT MICHAEL EISEN
I am a Clinical Psychologist, mental health tech consultant, and meditation/mindfulness teacher, with 13 years of experience delivering therapy in the NHS, private practice, and via employee wellbeing schemes for companies including Goldman Sachs, Twitter/X, and Intel. I currently work as a Clinical Lead at the Chelsea Psychology Clinic, supervising a team of therapists and contributing to service development, including tech implementation.I have advised mental health startups and produced content for two digital mental health businesses.I have written copy tailored to appeal to therapy clients for several successful businesses, and have written two self-help books, on using ACT and CFT to treat anxiety and depression, respectively.Finally, I am highly experienced in teaching mindfulness and meditation to individuals and groups in the NHS, in individual therapy, and in corporate workshops. My work in this area is deeply informed by my personal commitment to these powerful practices.
