   Since 2006 I have used my ability to build relationships, make connections, and establish an effective operational structure to nurture the growth of the largest independently owned physician and surgery center supplier in US, with 6 locations and distribution centers providing more than products in multiple units of measure.In addition to providing medical supplies, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals, Dealmed is one of theonly independently licensed wholesalers of controlled substances and narcotics and is a distributor for all major industry brands including, Pfizer, Merck, and 3M.Part of the success of Dealmed’s growth came from the 5 strategic acquisitions over the course of 10 years. But the other important factor is the people who make up the company and our technology first approach.Because we expanded the staff quickly, it was important to have the right people in the right roles – and it was also important to empower those people by providing excellent training, removing barriers, setting realistic but challenging goals, and them empowering managers and leaders to get the job done. The result is a loyal team with high retention who give a laser focus to our clients’ needs.Other initiatives that have made Dealmed a desirable partner include: Launching multiple ventures, including manufacturing. Creating a consumer brand with 350 products and D2C sales with major retailors. Established a licensing agreements and manufacturing contracts.
