Through my role as a Client Services Associate at PureSpectrum I have developed through the fast paced and upbeat culture of Market Research. I collaborated closely with Operations and Sales team on project management. I utilized PureSpectrum Marketplace to set up and maintain surveys with specific quotas for clients. In addition to this, I analyzed Raw Data in Excel to develop new and innovative strategies to boost project efficiency. This contributed to the roll out new strategic initiative that contributed to 15% increase in efficiency for one of the companies largest clients over the life of the program.Through the role of a Business Development and Inside Sales Intern for Alert Communications, I gained experience in the Marketing and Sales arena of the Legal Field. Was responsible for spearheading research efforts that lead to over 400+ new leads for company through cold calling and networking events such as MTMP, and CAALA. Additionally, tasked with analysis of sales goals to develop new strategies for client acquisition.
