I strive to employ a Continuous Improvement mindset in every facet of my life and to treat every relationship with respect, empathy, and accountability. My Dad always said if you aren\'t going to do your absolute best while performing any task, why do it at all. I remind myself of his words often and use them when coaching in business and elsewhere. Accountability is key to avoiding blaming others and recognizing our own responsibility in outcomes that are less than desired. Modeling a behavior of accountability is contagious for your coworkers, direct reports, and everyone whose life you impact.Customer service with diligence, consistency, and an alignment of Client needs and Company goals will differentiate you from a crowded market while attention to detail and accountability will grow your market share.
