Empathy & Data Driven Product ManagerExperienced in identifying problems and building software solutions within various business models: B2B SaaS, Managed Services, and Marketplace.Industries: IT/Security, AdTech, Client Onboarding, Home Services.Product areas I’ve owned: web booking flow, platform comms and email/notifications, analytics and reporting, data architecture, automation and optimization, onboarding, RBAC, ML/AI.Technical chops: most importantly, I can talk to engineers and speak their language. Beyond that, I have an apprentice-level proficiency in frontend web development, solid grasp of SQL, decent familiarity with backend/data architecture. I’ve built some full-stack pet projects with AI (ask me about what I’m building right now!)What makes me a kicka$$ PM- I’m very hard to offend, and a skilled communicator- I’m comfortable asking the dumb questions- I easily transition back and forth between high-level business strategy and granular problem solving/execution- I know how to hustle and grind- I obsess over how to improve/optimize life for myself and others- I learn very fast.Before becoming a product manager I worked as a professional violinist and teacher.
