As a Supervisory Deputy U. S. MarshalSupervision of multiple divisions in the Northern District of California, one of the largest judicial divisions in the Marshal Service. Maintaining a record of progressive management of a diverse workforce which regularly operates below allotted staffing levels. These divisions include:• criminal operations - responsible for the court productions and safety of prisoners, scheduling, nationwide prisoner transport, and liaison with local and federal law enforcement, prosecuting attorneys, defense attorneys and the judiciary. • fugitive investigations and fugitive task force – manage the district’s warrants, fugitive investigations divisions, and task force operations. Provide training and coordinate boots-on-the-ground investigations and tactical entries. Evaluate and select adopted warrants, make presentations to law enforcement agencies, and review reports. • Civil/Asset forfeiture – seized assets, levies, wage garnishments, summons, etc.• Oakland sub-office – Manage all aspects of daily office functions such as criminal operations, warrants/investigations/enforcement, civil, personnel, judicial security, building security, and contract guards. • Team leader for district Continuity Of Operations Plan
