I own MDLS, a boutique translation & communications company run by linguists for linguists. And for our clients of course. We really love our clients. And they seem to love us, too. I\'ve delivered credible, authentic, and accurate Finnish-English translations, English copywriting & editing, and communications consultancy services to major Nordic language services providers & direct clients for over a decade. My end clients include Finnish government agencies, higher education institutions, health and social care providers, regional business growth and development services, marketing and advertising agencies, SMEs and startups, and third sector organisations.My super power is getting the best out of creative people and myself to drive challenging communications projects over the finish line and beyond. I do this by combining my talent and expertise in multicultural communication, person-centric engagement, and creative, critical, and outside the box thinking. I\'m an excellent, experienced leader in a wide range of settings who is skilled at motivating and inspiring others.
