Key accomplishments included- Established a HSE team to support field operations, manufacturing plants, and data center construction projects- Lead the safety team to deliver significant improvements in incident rates, risk trends, regulatory compliance, and engagement in observation programs- Established and implemented a strategy that transformed the safety performance at a manufacturing plant from an TRIR of over 3.0 to a to multi-year TRIR of 0.0- Managed over 65 air permits and associated compliance obligations across seven States and one - Federal Jurisdiction with zero Notices of Violation or deviations in permit conditions- Built a cross functional Shared Services Organization with broad scope and reach across multiple operational groups and aspects of the business- Implemented fleet controls and processes to align overall budget and expectations- Supported the implementation of a capital asset inventory tracking program- Provided Project Management Support for capital projects associated with company buildings and locations.
