   Working closely with Sharbel Shamoon, a top producer for G-Rate, I am assisting him in building and maintaining a pipeline that has normally over 60 loans in it at a given time, while working on streamlining the process to continuously reaching over 100 million worth of yearly production.I strive to ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and adhering to HMDA requirements as well as I provide exceptional customer experience by overseeing loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and business partners.Acting as the front-end file organizer, and lead communication piece responsible for initial contact to the borrower and referral partners once a file has gone live and is moved into processing. I review all new loan files to enter purchase contract details, appropriate LE itemization fees, and will create supporting documentation checklists applicable to each specific loan and borrower situation. This allows me to ensure a timely and accurate experience for our clients—from first time home buyers to refinancers—throughout the entire mortgage processWorking with Mortgage Loan Processors, Underwriters, Loan Closers and Sr. Management directly to ensure that loan documents are submitted in a timely manner following Federal Government requirement for early disclosures and closing disclosure while maintaining current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.I am continually identifying and developing a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
