As a King’sCounsel at No5 Barristers\' Chambers, my practice is anchored in criminal law, with a focus on homicide, serious organised crime and fraud.I have particular experience in dealing with young /vulnerable offenders and witnesses. With over 30 years experience, I have built a nationwide reputation for expertly handling complex cases, including high-profile trials and private instructions in serious crime. I have been ranked in the top bands for both Chambers Uk and Legal 500 directories both as a junior then as a Silk for many years. Leading the Midland Circuit ( one of only six Circuit Leaders nationally) through the Covid pandemic honed my competencies in managing large multi-agency teams. I also practice in regulatory law and direct access work, complemented by a strong track record in police disciplinary proceedings.
