Director within the fund accounting group specializing in credit funds at Petra Funds Group.My prior work experience includes the following:Managing Director within the fund accounting group specializing in royalty and credit funds at Gen II. Senior Manager at Juniper Square specializing in RE and Credit Funds. Director of the structured funds administration group specifically focused on CLOs, BDCs, SBICs and direct lending credit funds in the North America region at Alter Domus Group.Business Unit Leader of Private Equity and Real Estate of which I oversaw the more complex real estate private equity and traditional private equity funds in the North America region, which included servicing one of the largest real estate private equity funds at Alter Domus Group. In addition was a quality assurance reviewer for private equity funds at Alter Domus, assurance manager auditing private equity funds, real estate audits, regulatory compliance, due diligence, loan operations, underwriting and forensic accounting on distressed real estate assets (most notably, a $400 MM default on a hotel construction loan in Las Vegas, NV). I also was a subject matter expert in Shared-Loss engagements devised by the FDIC which is a specific type of Failed Bank Purchase and Assumption Agreement. Have experience integrating accounting systems in bank purchasing transactions and have also worked on a variety of call reports for multiple financial institutions. Have worked and developed to make processes more efficient throughout my career creating testing programs and audit procedures through Microsoft Access, SQL and Excel.
