   OPERATIONS & DEVELOPMENT: Hand-picked by founder Tony Hsieh, to oversee the operations of the ambitious $350M Downtown Project covering 45 acres. Built and grew the DTP portfolio which includes over 200 entities, sq feet of commercial space, sq feet of retail space, two destination hotels ranked #35 and #55 on TripAdvisor, 520 residential units, two community focused outdoor retail and event venues, eight destination F&B and nightlife locations, three special event venues, and eight parking lots. Development and execution of various investment initiatives which aligns with the mission, goals, and objectives of DTP. Investments include reprogramming/remodeling properties, as well as business acquisitions and ground up development. Assisted in the deployment of $350M investment portfolio, allocated to various properties, products, and businesses across DTLV while considering economic, legal, and scheduling infrastructure. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Forge and maintain key relationships with external and internal stakeholders built on integrity, open communication, trust, reliability, ability to reason, and an extensive record of delivering on expectations. Development of relationships both internally and externally with employees, clients, vendors, financers, and investors. Active in neighborhood outreach and supporter of new businesses with the goal of growing the local market and creating a destination. TEAM & CULTURE BUILDING: Charged with building a company structure focused on leadership, culture, execution and strategy development. Played leading role to create the company culture through defining “Vision, Mission & Values”. Successfully rebranded Downtown Project to DTP Companies as the company moved past the start-up stage. Championed training, mentoring, and employee development.
