Senior Consultant, working on client engagements as a Business Architect. Key Engagements to date- Legal & General (L&G)- Leading on a workstream to develop a set of use cases for Group Architecture to enable them to provide more evidence based recommendations and decisions on their technology estate. This engagement involved working with the heads of Strategy and Architecture across the group to develop a set of use cases and wireframes for data insight reports that L&G can run periodically to support with strategic decision-making- Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) – Business Architect working across multiple projects in parallel,including the Crypto Asset Regime Establishment (CARE) to develop Target Operating Models (TOMs)that work through the impact the individual project/regime will have on FCA Processes, OrganisationalTeams, People, Information and Technology. This role involves working closely with SeniorStakeholders, Technical Architects and Business Analysts to identify the impacts and detailing theseclearly within the TOM- Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW) – Short engagement with SPW to support them to develop a DataStrategy to enable the organization to make better use out of their vast data. As an engagement lead,the role involved conducting a range of interviews to understand some of their main data challengesand proposing TOM changes.
