ABOUT MICHAEL DORAN
With 20 years of construction experience, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, in both procurement and delivery roles, using various contract types, JCT, CM and MC. Joining Mace in 2012, I was part of the original bid team that won the two stage bid for the Nova project, a large mixed use development worth £400m in London. My major strength is the procurement of complex structural packages, fully utilising the pre contract period, making assumptions in the absence of information, collating agreements, ensuring a clear and unambiguous final agreement. To summarise see myself as a great team player who enjoys work, always upbeat, leading by example, getting the best out of colleagues.
