I am drawn to work that depends on trust, continuity, and meaningful human connection.Over the course of my career, I have worked across international nonprofit initiatives, cross-cultural arts collaborations, and leadership-aligned marketing roles. From coordinating partnerships in Ghana to supporting international cultural institutions in Europe and the U.S, I have operated in environments where relationship stewardship and clarity of communication are essential.In my current role as Marketing Director, I focus on translating complexity into accessible, values-aligned messaging while supporting long-term relationship development. Working closely with leadership has strengthened my ability to prepare high-stakes conversations, maintain continuity across stakeholders, and support engagement efforts that require both judgment and presence.My foundation in theatre and film production informs how I approach professional communication — with attention to narrative structure, audience awareness, and disciplined listening. I am particularly interested in contributing to development and donor engagement efforts within mission-driven organizations, including in Hong Kong, where relationship-centered stewardship and thoughtful communication are critical to long-term impact.
