Site Operation Dispatch Services: leading the contracted 24/7 facilities dispatch team of 10 by monitoring the facilities help desk that collect all service requests from buildings and generate work order assigned to the appropriate trade technicians and follow up on requests status. Provide 24hr on-call support to address any help desk issue. Material Purchasing Services: leading a team of 5 procurement assistants that generate requisitions for parts and services needed for the equipment maintenance in order to close the open work orders. Review requisitions and provide approval as appropriate. Track invoices against service contracts to confirm the financial goals are met and purchase orders are closed within budget. Responsible for revision and approval of all credit cards purchase. Inventory Services: leading a team of 3 inventory tool crib attendants that receive, stock, kit, and issue material to maintenance technicians as requested through the CMMS system and log all transactions. Determine inventory purchase requirements of stock items falling below minimum threshold quantity. Monitor and maintain stock inventory items in order to reduce downtime for critical assets. Mail Services: Responsible for one employee handling incoming, outgoing U.S.P.S. Mail.
