ABOUT MICHAEL DIXON

Now at HOIST with an initial remit of supporting the projects execution and delivery and internal processes and now adding the finance governance to my role as CFO. Joined Praesidiad as Business Transformation Director for Praesidiad, responsible for the ERP Programme Delivery. Before taking on the wider IT remit as Group IT director, finally moving into an operations role as SIOP director. Through his earlier roles in WebQuarters; CooperSoftware and Imerys, Michael developed a deep understanding of the IFS ERP application and its alignment with strategic business requirements. Michael has project managed a number of large IFS-based systems and is recognised by the industry as a successful implementation and project manager of IFS-based solutions. As a Chartered Management Accountant and with an earlier Finance career with AstraZeneca and National Power (now RWE), Michael has an expert understanding in the implementation and configuration of Finance related aspects of an IFS solution, often working in the role of an IFS Finance Consultant on projects. Michael is a problem solver and innovator, using his business and technical skills to deliver a high quality service and sustainable, business empowering solutions.
